Recap: The judge postpone the judgement to the next day after hearing the case. Reyansh console Vaishu when she feels scared of losing the custody.

Vaishu was in the living waiting for Reyansh and Mithun whom she forced to complete the pooja before Mithun left home for the court. She saw them descending the stairs with Ishu babies and passed a smile at them but frowned when she saw holy ash on Mithu and Ishu babies forehead but not on Reyansh’s forehead.
Vaishu: Reyansh, you haven’t put holy ash to your forehead ?
Reyansh: That is your job Vaishu. I did pray like you said but certain things will not be compromised and applying holy ash on my forehead is your job so do that when you do the pooja.
Vaishu: you won’t listen to me at all. Get lost. Mithun brother can you keep us on call when you are in the court room ?
Reyansh: Vaishu, mobile are not allowed inside the court room. He will call us immediately once the judgement is read. Relax, we will win this case so inform chef to prepare a lavish lunch to celebrate and plan our outing with Kajal.
Mithun: Everything will happen the way we planned Vaishu. I will call you.
Vaishu nodded her head and Mithun left from home. Reyansh took her to play with babies to keep her mind off the case. They sat on the mattress with the toys spread and let the babies to play with them but Vaishu’s mind was on the case completely.
Vaishu: Ansh, if we win the case and he is given permission to see the babies will he come immediately ?
Reyansh: No, he won’t Avi. Come here to me.
Vaishu moved to sit next to him and he wrapped his hand around her shoulder but Ishika crawled to him crying for his attention.
Reyansh: My little angel is possessive of my angel. Come on princess I can carry you all at the same time.
Reyansh took Ishika to his embrace and she started talking to him patting his face with her little palms. Reyansh kissed her cheeks and pointed his cheek to her.
Reyansh: Come on muffin now give me kissy.
Ishika leaned to his cheek and started licking to give him the kissy. Just like that Vaishu got distracted looking at them and Reyansh made Ishaan and Ishika kiss Vaishu on her cheeks.
Mithun, Jagan with his family were in the court room as the judge got the papers ready to read the judgement of the case.
Judge: On carefully hearing the trails and arguments by the petitioner and defendant and thoroughly analysing the evidences provided by both the parties it is clear that Mr. Jagan, the petitioner has been proved of infidelity, involvement in cheating and forgery and also suspected to be involved in criminal activities. Based on all the compelling reasons the custody of the babies to the petitioner is being denied and custody is being granted solely to the defendant Mr. Reyansh Badrinath, the legal father and Ms. Vaishnavi, the biological mother of the babies.
Further to the evidences submitted by the defendant, the court advices the police department to investigate the cheating and forgery by Mr. Jagan and file a petition to proceed the case under IPC 415, 468 and 471.
Taking into consideration of the plea by the petitioner to meet his babies, the court grants permission to meet his babies once in the presence of Mr. Reyansh and Ms. Vaishnavi at the place, day and time decided by them.
The petitioner may appeal in future provided he is proved innocent in the cases that will be filed against him. The court is adjourned.
Mithun hugged Sethu and shook hand with Priya.
Mithun: Thank you so much Mr. Sethu. This is a big day for us.
Sethu: We shall discuss later on filing a case on cheating. Vaishnavi must be waiting to hear the news so go ahead and I will inform Mr. Arun that we will let him know about the place and date for his client to meet the babies.
Mithun: Ofcourse, I will take my leave now.
Mithun was about to leave but stopped by the threshold and turned towards Jagan who was glaring at him back. Mithun showed his forefinger in a warning way and walked out dialling Vaishu’s number which she answered in the first ring.
Mithun: Vaishu, we won the custody.
Vaishu: God, Thank you , thank you so much Mithun brother. Come home and I will cook anything you ask for me.
She cut the call and started jumping in happiness screaming about winning the custody. Reyansh hugged her and kissed her forehead. He bent to the mattress and carried Ishaan and Ishika to his chest kissing them too.
Reyansh: You three are my life and I will never let anyone take you away from me.
He was dancing with them and Vaishu was laughing out loud and pulled Kajal to join them.
Kajal: Finally you laughed today. God, Vaishu keep smiling like this, you look good when you laugh.
Reyansh winked at Vaishu and gave a kiss pouting his lips. She blushed and rushed to the kitchen to cook everyone’s favourite. Kajal was dancing holding Ishaan and Reyansh was speaking with Mithun with Ishika in his arm.
Completing his call he laid Ishika on the mattress and informed Kajal to take care for sometime and entered the kitchen. On seeing him the staffs left the kitchen and Reyansh hugged Vaishu from behind wrapping his hand around her abdomen.
Reyansh: Ippo sandhoshama Avi papa ? ( Are you happy now Avi baby ?)
Vaishu turned around facing him and hugged him with her cheek on his chest. Reyansh smiled and kissed her hairline.
Reyansh: So where do you want to go for celebration ?
Vaishu: Kajal will decide that. I don’t have any idea on that.
Reyansh: We will go to any place she has decided but we should do a private celebration now.
He raised her head holding her chin and giving a wink he started kissing her and she reciprocated the kiss with the same passion.
Later he helped her in cooking and Mithun came running to the kitchen and hugged Reyansh and caressed Vaishu’s hair giving them details of the judgement.
Kajal: Lets finish lunch and we will leave to beach house. Mithun has told me about the beach house and I want to play in water today.
Mithun: I would love to join you love. How long are we staying there ?
Kajal: Two days. Anyhow third day I will have to return Trichy and from there I m leaving to Delhi.
Mithun: Don’t remind me of that. Why can’t you stay here forever ?
Kajal: You need to marry me for that. Few months Mithun then we will get married and by the way we have someone else ready to get married before us so let us talk about that.
Reyansh: Ofcourse we will start discussing. Am I right Vaishu ?
Vaishu nodded her head with a blush and Mithun started dancing pulling Reyansh with him on hearing Vaishu’s reply.
Reyansh: Mithun inform manager to get swimsuits for my muffins. They will get to play in water tomorrow.
Kajal: Why only for babies and not for their mother ?
Vaishu: Noooooooo, I m not doing any swimming. You people do that and I will watch you with Ishu babies.
Reyansh: Its ok Vaishu. You don’t have to do if you aren’t interested.
Vaishu felt relieved and they had lunch with maids serving them. They returned to the room to pack clothes and Reyansh laid on the bed with his muffins watching Vaishu packing their clothes.
Reyansh: Avi, you are ok to let muffins play in water ? Are you not scared ?
Vaishu: Why should I be scared when you will be with them ? Moreover I have seen them enjoying the playtime in tub with you by them so why won’t they be happy to play at the beach ?
Reyansh felt touched to hear her words of trust she had in him and pulled her to sit next to him.
Reyansh: I won’t take them to play in the beach but I will hold them with me in the pool there. On seeing their comfort level I will get them to play in the pool in the backyard daily.
Vaishu: Do as you wish Ansh. I m thankful that you let go of me without forcing to play in water.
Reyansh: I said you don’t have to wear swimsuit because you will wear that only with me around you so that is for some other day but tomorrow you will play with us wearing casuals. I will do the packing for you.
He pinched her nose and started packing her clothes. Vaishu cooed at her babies playing with them.
Jagan and his parents returned home and sat on the couch without uttering a word. Leela was fuming in anger and Sugumaran was glaring at Jagan. Sakshi came out of the room and got to know the judgement from Leela. She sat on the couch looking at Jagan.
Sakshi: Jagan, we should discuss what has to be done next ? what is your next plan now ?
Leela: What else is the plan ? That Reyansh will file a case against Jagan and we should live on the streets giving everything back to that orphan.
Sukumar: Leela, shut up your mouth. Jagan will you tell us what is going on in your brain ?
Jagan: I know we will not win the custody and all these case was to meet that man Reyansh. Now court has given a chance to meet the babies but all I m waiting is to meet him, Mr. Reyansh Badrinath. My fate will change after my meet with him.
Sakshi: Will you open up your plans with us ?
Jagan: Plan is you will stay home and I will go to meet the babies and him with my parents. My mother and father will put an act of wanting to spend some time with their grandchildren one last time. Somehow they will make him accept to let us stay there for atleast a day or two to execute my plan.
Sakshi: Why will I stay here when you will go there to stay at your ex wife’s home to spend time as a family ?
Jagan: Either stay or I will prepare divorce papers and you can leave signing them. I m done explaining to you that I have no one other than you in my life. I m fucking doing everything for you and our future. If you can’t understand and trust me then I m not at fault.
Leela: Jagan, do you really have a plan to get him in your trap ? Do you think whatever plan you have will work against him ?
Jagan: Ofcourse he will dance to my tunes after I meet him. He will pay me whatever amount I ask him and transfer any no. properties to my name.
Leela: Will you ask him to name one of his diamond store to my name ?
Jagan: Talk less and just do what I ask you to do and nothing else. I will take care of the rest.
Sugumaran: We should buy some gifts for the babies to give them when we meet them.
Jagan: Sakshi go shopping with mother and buy expensive clothes, jewels, toys. He should believe that we wanted to meet the babies for real.
Jagan’s PA came with a worried face and Jagan questioned him about the matter.
PA: Sir, a case has been filed against you and you have been called to the police station for enquiry.
Sakshi: Here you are planning against him but he is doing everything without even having met us once.
Jagan: Let him to do anything but he will give 100 times more than what he is taking back from us.
Count your days Reyansh and Vaishnavi. I m coming as a evil in your life to take away every happiness.
