Chapter 60

Recap: Jagan and his parents arrive at Rey’s manor. Leela agrees to work as a maid to stay at the manor.

Reyansh was in the pool with Ishaan and Ishika seated in the float holding a dolphin in their hands. Vaishu sat with her legs dipped in the water watching them enjoy in the water. Every time Reyansh tried to get them out of the pool they started crying and it was almost an hour they had been playing in the pool throwing the balls and dolphins with Reyansh getting them back to their hands.

Vaishu: Ansh, its enough get them out and we shall console with something else.

Reyansh: Its better you learn to swim and we can enjoy together instead you sitting over the edge watching us. I m always ready to teach you Avi baby.

Vaishu: Are you sure you will teach me ? I don’t think so now get out of the pool with them.

Reyansh hummed and got them out of the pool but immediately both Ishaan and Ishika started crying wanting to go back to the pool. Vaishu took Ishika and started walking back inside home with Reyansh following her with Ishaan and a robe tied around his body. They had a special entrance which led to their wing directly.

Sakshi arrived at the manor and informed the security about herself and showed the luggage she brought for Jagan and his parents but she was not allowed as there was no appointments for her to enter the manor.

Security: we will pass the luggage to your family members but we can’t allow you.

Sakshi: Atleast inform about my arrival and sure they will allow me. My whole family is here and why can’t you let me in ?

Security passed the message to Lakshman and he called Reyansh on the intercom and conveyed the information. Reyansh informed him to await for the reply and cut the call.

Reyansh: Avi, its your call to decide if you want to let her or not.

Vaishu: what plans did you have for her ?

Reyansh: We didn’t have to make plans for each and everyone. Now that old witch has turned out to be maid she herself will ease our work further so if you let that bitch inside she will assist the old witch. We will give them a surprise tomorrow.

Vaishu hummed and called Lakshman to let her to stay with her family. Sakshi lost her cool when she got to know that Leela had accepted to be the maid for the 2 days.

Leela: Stop raising your voice in front of me and good you came here though we didn’t expect you. Now come do the works along with me.

Sakshi: Jagan, it would have been good if I had continued my modelling career instead of marrying you. Today you and your mother are ready to be servants and wanted me to be one ?

Jagan: It was not my plan. That bastard hit me and the great father of mine lost his cool. Though I hate the fact my brainless mother got this idea, I cannot deny that we didn’t had any other options. Just two days then we shall leave from here now go with her and atleast pretend to do some work.

When Leela and Sakshi entered the manor Sakshi was speechless to see the royal interiors. They saw Reyansh and Vaishu having lunch and Asha was serving them.

Asha: Leela, wash the vessels and clean the islands. Once Reyansh and Vaishu are done with lunch you can clean the dining too. I will inform rest of the work once you complete this.

Vaishu: Asha maa, is the lunch ready for Ishu babies ?

Asha: Yes Vaishu do you want me to feed them or should I send it do your room ?

Reyansh: Send it to the room Asha maa. We will feed them in the room. Lakshman……

Lakshman: Sir.

Reyansh: Did you get the playroom cleaned ?

Lakshman: Room has been cleaned and the toys are being disinfected. By evening the room will be ready for babies to play over there.

Reyansh nodded his head and left with Vaishu. Leela who heard about lunch for babies decided to be over smart. She opened the refrigerator and picked out few vegetables to make a soup for the babies and the chef cleared his throat.

Chef: What are you doing ?

Leela: I want to prepare soup for the babies. It will be very healthy.

Chef yanked away all the vegetables from her hand and placed them back in the refrigerator. Sakshi watched everything silently.

Chef: It is only me, Vaishu madam and Asha allowed to cook in this kitchen. Also we only cook fresh vegetables for Ishu babies.

Leela: These are also fresh and I will get permission if you want.

Chef: Every morning we get vegetables and fruits from the farm directly for Ishu babies. They are grown 100% organically from the farm.

Saying he took a tray and opened the cupboard that had utensils for Ishu babies. He placed the bowls and transferred the lunch into it and placed cutleries and towels and covered it. He called Asha and let her to take the lunch for the babies.

Leela: Brass utensils are not good for health and here you are giving food for babies in that ? Richest person in the country can’t buy a silver spoon ? I would have bought everything in silver for my grand children.

Sakshi gritted her teeth and cursed Leela for her nonsense talks but the chef laughed at Leela shaking his head.

Chef: They are all pure gold. We have a complete set of gold utensils and cutleries for Ishu babies.

Saying he locked the cupboard and Leela questioned him for locking the cupboards.

Chef: No one is allowed to touch the things of Ishu babies even by mistake so I keep them locked all the time. Now do the work for what you have been called for. I want the island clean to start prepare the snacks in the evening.

Leela stood without moving and Sakshi pushed her gently that made Leela fall on the floor hissing in pain. She stood and glared at Sakshi as they started washing the vessels.

Leela: Everything in gold ? Sakshi can we slip a few spoons in our dress. We will get good amount if we sell.

Sakshi: you always prove that you are cheap and a thief no matter whatever you have in hand.

Sakshi left the kitchen leaving Leela to wash alone but was stopped by Lakshman who informed her to clean the dining and vacuum the living.

It was until evening Leela, Sakshi were feeling hungry and their stomach were growling. Jagan wanted to leave the manor to get some food but they weren’t allowed out of the manor with some security reasons.

At night Sakshi got to see Ishu babies when they were playing in the living moving around in the walker. Vaishu was preparing their dinner and Reyansh was on a call. Sakshi smiled at Ishi and gestured her to come towards her but Ishika was looking at her without moving from the place.

Sakshi picked a flower from the vase and showed it to her but Ishika didn’t move from the place. Reyansh cut the call and saw Ishika looking at Sakshi who was showing a flower to her.

Reyansh: Princess

Ishika turned to Reyansh on hearing him calling her and beamed at him dashing towards him. Sakshi moved out of the place on seeing Ishaan too moving to Reyansh. Vaishu and Reyansh left to the garden carrying babies in their arms and they were feeding them which Jagan watched from a distance. He felt a pat on his shoulder and got startled but sighed on seeing Sakshi.

Sakshi: What are you looking at ? Your ex wife whom you are regretting of divorce or your babies you look so adorable in the arms of their legal father ?

Jagan pulled Sakshi to the quarters and locked the door behind as his parents watched them ready to tear each other apart.

Sakshi: Why did you drag me back ? Feeling scared of being caught gawking at your ex wife. Let me tell you something he is protecting Vaishnavi and the babies like a mother hen no no no like dragon ready to spit fire on anyone who wants to hurt them. Actually I feel good for the babies. They are so cute, adorable and I m sure you could have not loved them even 50 % of how that Reyansh love them. Just one word from him and that tiny tots run into his arms.

Jagan: We are not here for any tiny tots. I have been waiting to meet that Reyansh in private and here you are building up stories.

He pushed her to the floor and she looked at him with disgust.

Leela: Will you both stop fighting and find a way to get some food. I have been working for so many hours and we haven’t got any food. Looks like I will faint of not having food.

They heard voice of someone calling Leela and on opening the door they saw a guard calling Leela to head to the kitchen to clean the dishes for the night.

Leela: Let me go and see if I will get something to eat.

She rushed out and entered the kitchen only to see the empty casseroles. She started washing when she saw one of the guard on duty monitoring her. Finally when she saw done she opened the refrigerator and found it all empty.

Leela Mv: Kajan paiyan fridge la onnume illa. ( Stingy fellow. He left nothing in the refrigerator )

Finally she found a bread packet and returned to the room and gave it to everyone but they spit it immediately.

Sakshi: This bread is stale. Can’t you see he is doing it on purpose to revenge for what you all did to Vaishnavi. How did you even believe that 3 maids were sent on leave exactly when you arrive here ? Do you think such a manor doesn’t function because 3 maids were given leave ? We have 3 maids for our home so just how many could work here. I could see atleast 40 guards so imagine what could be the count of the maids and servants.

None of them answered the question and laid on the old mattress. Sakshi hated sleeping in the same room and using the bath room with everyone but she had no choice. They couldn’t sleep with the torture from the mosquitoes and stayed awake all night.

Leela made a crying face when she was called to work early morning 5. When she walked out of the room Lakshman stood dressed up in neat clothes.

Leela: Sun is yet to rise and you are calling me to work at this time ?

Lakshman: You should complete the cleaning and dusting before sir and madam are awake. Other maids have started their work already go join them now. Also bath and get changed before you enter the manor.

Leela: Will I get some tea or coffee ? You people haven’t given us food since we arrive here yesterday.

Lakshman: Oh I must forgotten since you are all new here but no problem I will arrange today now get back to work.

Jagan: Will you mind the tone of your words ? She is my mother and not your maid. We are here for something else and she only agreed to help since your maids went on a vacation.

Lakshman: Oh I see. No problem I can call the manpower agency and they will send us people immediately. Now you all pack your things and collect the other things from the security and you have 10 minutes to vacate.

Jagan fisted his palm from the way everyone was treating them and gritting his teeth he held Lakshman’s collars but the guard who stood next to Lakshman kicked Jagan on his knee pit and he knelt on the ground gritting his teeth. He hardly raised to look at the person who kicked him but received only punch after punch on his face. Finally when the guard stopped punching Jagan spit few drops of blood panting for air.

Lakshman smirked and raised Jagan’s face with the tip of the walkie talkie’s antenna. He checked his face and then turned to the guard glaring at him.

Lakshman: Man, you really to train hard. Just one punch from sir he lost a tooth and coughed so much blood that we had to clean the entire room and disinfectant all the toys of Ishu babies but here you gave him so many punches yet he spilled only few drops of blood. Either train well or I m complaining you to Sir.

Guard: Lakshman, forgive me once and let me try once more.

Lakshman: No, let go of him. We have other important works to do. And you Mr. Jagan Sugumaran and Co listen well to me. Better stay in your limits and don’t you dare to utter a word against anyone until your ends up in the manor or next time I may have some toy instead of human to punish you.

Leela: No sir, he got angry because he is hungry. I will bath and join the others to work. You just remember to send us food.

Lakshman smirked and left from there. Leela rushed to the bathroom and found there was no geyser. Dumping a bucket of cold water she changed her clothes and saw Sakshi was still sitting on the floor.

Leela: Maharani ji please go take a shower in the hot water and join me for the sight seeing.

Sakshi: I told you the warning Lavanya gave us all but look where you have got us today.

Leela pushed Sakshi inside the bathroom and locked the door.

Leela: Tell me once you are done bathing and I will open the door. She is eating my head as if we are short of problems. where did you find her and got her only to keep my pressure on high is it? You too don’t look at me now and go clean the blood.

When Sakshi came out they duo entered the living and was given a long list of work that had to be completed before Reyansh and Vaishu woke up.
