Recap: Raghav and Malini return to bangalore from chennai

Late night they reached bangalore home and hit bed immediately due to extreme tiredness. Morning Raghav woke up first and saw Malini sleeping peacefully and he didn’t disturb her. He got ready for office and kissed her forehead and left a sticky note on the mirror for her.
when Malini woke she couldn’t find Raghav and felt bad for sleeping so long. she moved to the bathroom and did her morning chores and stood infront of the mirror. A wide smile appeared on her face when she saw the sticky note. she took in her hands and read it.
” Hi Pondati (wifey ), urgent work so had to leave early sorry for not bring on your side when you wake up. I will compensate when I m back tonight. Have food on time and rest well. Love you. Can’t wait for the day to start working to get rid of your fears. See you soo. Miss me until then. I will miss you a lot – your Raghav”
She kissed the sticky note and placed it in her drawer and went to the kitchen and made toast for breakfast. She called Vanajay for work and took her mobile to message Raghav. After thinking for along time she texted him. Raghav was busy in a meeting with some of his staffs. His mobile chimed and he saw the message from Malini and immediately opened it.
” Love you Mr. husband. Missed you when I woke up. Yes you need to compensate with a dinner.
P.S: A little craving to have non-veg today😉 – your foodie wife“
Raghav was sipping water when he read the message and choked. He dispersed the meeting and video called his beloved wife immediately. Malini who anticipated his call slid the green arrow.
Raghav: Love you Mrs. Raghav and what is that message?
Malini: What message?
Raghav: My wife wants a dinner treat from me and she has preferred non-veg. So I don’t mind having lunch instead of dinner.
Malini: Poi velaya paaru man. ( Go do your work )
Raghav: Indha message paathutu naa eppadi work pannuven di. ( how will I work after seeing this message ?)
Malini: Adhukku naa enna panna mudiyum ( what can I do for that ?)
Raghav: wait for me to return home.
Malini: —–
Raghav: Oii enna sound eh kanom. Pesudi ( Hey, why aren’t you talking ? Speak )
Malini: Ayyo Raghav work paaru. enakku shy ah irukku. Phone vekkuren. ( Raghavvv, do your work. I m feeling shy. I m disconnecting the call )
Raghav: Konjam micham vei di naa nerla paakuradhukku. ( Save some for me to see ) You look beautiful when you blush. I love you
Malini: Love you too. Now hang up and get back to work.
Raghav: Wear saree today.
Malini: hmmm.
They ended the call and Raghav could not concentrate on his work and kept pacing in his room waiting for the day to end. Continuous phone calls made him get back to work. Even after a day full of hectic works Raghav felt energetic and drove back home. He stopped his car and bought so much of flowers to decorate their bed and jasmines for Malin. His mind was crazy thinking of the night.
Raghav Mv: Kadavule thank you so much. Seekiram ava mind maathita. Unakku 108 coconuts odaikuren. ( God, thank you so much she changed her mind so soon. I will offer 108 coconuts for you )
He happily got down from the car and entered the lift whistling and carrying a bag o flowers in it. Luckily the bag didn’t reveal the content it. He pressed the door bell and waited for Malini to open the door. Malini opened the door and there was no expression on her face.
Raghav: Oii saree katta sonnen la ( Hey I told you to wear saree )
Malini: Ulla vaa first. ( Come inside first )
He raised his eyebrows questioning her. She moved back and let him inside. Raghav saw Bala and Prakash sitting on the couch playing P.S
Bala: Mapla seekiram vaa da match podalam. ( Buddy, come soon we start the match )
Prakash: Aama da seekiram vaa. ( yes man come fast)
Ragghav: Enna da panringa. Sanjay enga? ( What are you doing and where is Sanjay ?)
Bala: Adhuva mapla. Sanjay family vandhurukanga da space pathala adhan naanga inga vandhutom. Avanga pora varaikku inga dha irukka porom. ( Ohh that, his family is here so there was not enough space so we came here. We will stay here until they leave from here )
Bala and Prakash hified each other.
Prakash: Thangai vaa dinner sapdalam. Nee thoongu naaga konja neram PS vilayadurom. ( Sister come we will have dinner and later you go to sleep and we will play PS )
Malini: Seri neyy. Vaanga sapdalam. (ok brother come we will have dinner)
Malini moved to the kitchen and placed the dinner on the dining table. Raghav went into their room and threw the flower bag and sat on the bed grumpily.
Raghav: Enakku ne varuvingala da…. Malini ennoda tracks enga? ( you will all come to do this for me… Malini where is my tracks ) he called her to confront her.
Malini went to their room and saw him sitting with a sad face.
Raghav: Enna di idhu ? ( what is this girl ?)
Malini: Naa enna pannattum. Anga neraya per irukanga space illa adhan inga vandhutanga. seri vidu avanga pona apram pathukalam. aama adhu enna bag la ? ( What should I do ? There are so many people over there so they came here. Let it go now and we will talk later. ok what is that in the bag ?)
Raghav: Poi edhuthu paaru. ( go check it yourself )
Malini took the bag and squeezed her eyes shut.
Malini: Edhukku ivlo poo vanguna? ( Why did you buy so much flowers?)
Raghav: room set up ku vaangunen. ( I bought it to decorate our room )
Malini: Kadavule. seri vidu morning kovil la kuduthudalam. Ippo fresh ayitu vaa dinner sapda. (god, let it be and I will give it to the temple in the morning)
Malini went out leaving huffing Raghav. He refreshed and went out and saw the god’s phot in the small pooja rack and stood staring.
Raghav Mv: 108 coconut ah chutney ku vekkura oru piece kooda thara matten. ( 108 coconut ? I won’t give you even a piece that would afford to make chutney )
They sat down for dinner and Raghav asked Prakash about the duration of stay of Sanjay’s family. H gasped a little loud when they said it was for a week but soon covered as hiccups.
Malini went to sleep and the friends stayed a little long playing. That night was the first time ever in their playing history Raghav would lost so many times. Though he felt bad he could no deny feeling happy for his friend so made his mind.
Morning Raghav, Prakash and Bala left for office. Malini spent her days with Krithi and some time he accompanied with Sanjay’s family for their outing and shopping during their stay. A week felt like a year and finally Sanjay’s family planned to leave bangalore. Raghav called Malini from his office.
Raghav: Maa kelmbitangala? ( Did they leave ?)
Malini: Illa pa. Evening train la poranga. ( no, they are leaving by the evening train )
Raghav: Yen un voice oru mathiri irukku. Avanga poradhu kashtama irukka? ( Why is your voice so upset ? Are you sad that they are leaving ?)
Malini: Yeii illa Raghav. Romba tired ah irukku. ( No Raghav, I m feeling very tired )
Raghav: Yenna acchu ma? ( What happened ?)
Malini: Theriyala maa. Naa konja neram thooguna seri ayidum. ( I don’t know may be I will feel better if I sleep for sometime)
Raghav: ok go to sleep. I will see you in the evening. Love you
Malini: Love you too.
Malini slept and by evening Sanjay’s family bid bye to Malini and left. They called Raghav and informed him. Raghav was happy that finally after a week he will get his time with his wife.He stopped infront of a flower shop.
Raghav Mv: Last time over excitement la namma kanne pattuchu pola indha time konjam excitement kammi pannuvom. ( Last time it was my own evil eyes that spoiled the plan so I will reduce the excitement)
This time he bought only jasmine flowers for Malini and drove home but he could not hide his blush. He was stopped by Sarath on his way to lift.
Sarath: Enna partner romba busy pola? ( What is it partner ? Are you so busy ?)
Raghav: New office konjam set aga time agudhu adhuvum illama Sanjay family vandhanga so Malini konjam busy ayita. ( New office and it takes some time to adjust and moreover Sanjay’s family was here so Malini was busy too )
Sarath: Face la oru olivattam theriyudhu enna matter ? ( There is a glow on your face so what is the matter ?)
Raghav: Adhellam onnum illa. climate nalla irukku la adhan refreshing ah irukku. ( Nothing, just the climate is good and refreshing )
Sarath: Aama partner enakku kooda kalyanam aana pudhusu la enakku kooda ippadi refreshing ah irukkum. ( yes partner, even I felt it when I was married )
Raghav grabbed his neck in his arms and smacked his shoulder.
Sarath: Partner naa theriyama solliten. Nee po partner naa dinner ku veliya poren. ( Partner I blurted it please leave me, I m going out for dinner )
Raghav left him and entered the lift. He pressed the door bell and waited for Malini to open the door. All his smiles dropped instantly when he saw Malini standing and her eyes red and tears brimming in it. He quickly closed the door and hugged her gently.
Raghav: Enna achu Malu yen azhara ? ( Why are you crying ?)
Malini hugged him tightly and broke into sobs wetting his shirt. He grew nervous and trembled without knowing the reason behind her cries.
Raghav: Yenna nu sollu ma bayama irukku. yarachum yedhuvum sonnangala? yedhum bayandhutiya? ( Tell me what it is , I m scared. Did someone say anything to hurt you ? Are you scared of something ?)
Malini nodded her head negatively but didn’t stop crying.Raghav pulled back from the hug and made her sit on the couch and wiped her tears and held her hands in his and squeezed them.
Raghav: Please Malini enna achu sollu. ( Please Malini tell me what happened )
Malini: sorry Raghav…
Raghav: Edhukku sorry ? ( Why sorry ?)
Malini: Nee evlo aasaya vandhe veetukku ? ( you came home with so much of wishes )
Raghav: Adhukku enna ippo ? ( so what with that ?)
Malini: I got periods in the evening. I m sorry , I again disappointed you.
She started crying and Raghav just smiled at her and hugged her gently.
Raghav: Malu don’t you think this is too much. Period is natural and how could I feel bad for it. I agree I have too much expectations but not to the extent of feeling hurt or bad just because you got periods. And nothing is more important than your health and happiness. I can give up anythig for you. Everything will happen when it is destined so stop crying or you will spoil your health. We have a lifetime Malu and it can wait and we can wait too. Seriya.
Malini: Appo kovam illaya? ( Are you not angry ?)
Raghav: Loosu di nee serious ah. Idhukku ellama kovapaduvanga. Adhuvum naa un mela. Nee innum naa unmela kovapaduven nu nambura paru. Kadavule. ( ARe you really crazy ? Who will be angry for this ? that me on you ? God, you still think that I will be angry on you ?)
Malini: Love you Mama
Raghav: Paruda, emotion la mama lam varudhu. ( See, i can hear mama now )
Malini: Love you sollu da ( Tell me you love me )
Raghav: I love you i love you I love only you my beautiful devil. fine seriously talking your periods should be next week then how come so early ?
Malini: yes, may because of lot of travel and stress I got early it seems.
Raghav: No problem. Do you have necessities or shall I buy?
Malini: Vendam irukku. ( No, I have everything )
Raghav prepared her favourite dinner to lighten her mood and they enjoyed their in the balcony which had the view of the park. The cool breeze, loving husband and leaning on his chest with his warmth was nothing but heaven to her and she felt a real queen.
