Recap: Vikram and Sana reached Swiz

*********************

The morning was blissful for the couple. Waking up in each other’s arms in a romantic country filled with glacier-carved Alps, serene lakes, and picturesque valleys felt nothing short of a dream. The golden rays of the sun filtered through the curtains, warming their skin gently.

What could be more romantic than being with the one you love, hugging and kissing as the morning light kissed their faces?

Vikram leaned in and planted a firm kiss on Sana’s cheek to wake her up fully. She smiled at him and reached out to kiss his forehead. The simple act sent a rush of heat through his veins, awakening every sense in his body. His eyes burned with desire, making it clear to her what he felt without saying a word.

“Hey, stop looking at me like that,” Sana said, her voice low and playful as she caught Vikram’s gaze lingering.

Vikram leaned closer, mischief dancing in his eyes. “What’s the matter, wifey? Do you even realize how irresistible you look right now?”

She rolled her eyes with a small smile. “No, and I don’t want to hear your nonsense. Let’s freshen up and have breakfast.”

“Alright, alright,” he chuckled, raising his hands in surrender. “Let’s get ready then.”

As she turned toward the bathroom, she paused and looked over her shoulder. “Mister, why are you following me?”

“You said it’s time to freshen up, didn’t you?” he replied innocently.

“Yes, but not together. I’ll go first. You can take your sweet time afterward.”

Vikram crossed his arms, pretending to be offended. “We’re in Switzerland, and you want us to get ready separately? That’s just cruel.”

“I haven’t even explored this resort yet!” she protested, stepping inside.

“You’ll have the whole day to explore,” he said, his voice softer now as he leaned against the doorframe. “But right now, how about you give a little bit of your precious time to your husband?”

“You want my time?” she teased, standing up to hit him lightly on the shoulder before dashing into the bathroom.

Vikram lay on the bed, smiling to himself. Shortly after, Sana came out wrapped in a bathrobe, her wet hair dripping down her back. She walked over to the dresser to dry her hair, only to feel his arms wrap tightly around her waist.

“Mr. Husband,” she said, trying to scold him, “you already took more than enough yesterday. Now go and bathe—I’m hungry.”

He inhaled her scent from the crook of her neck and placed a soft kiss there. “Fine, I’ll bathe and come. We’ll have breakfast. Get ready—we’re going out.”

“Hmm, okay,” she replied softly.

Soon, they had breakfast and set off in their car to explore the beauty of Switzerland.

“Where are we going?” Sana asked.

“To the Matterhorn, then Lucerne. That’s it for today,” Vikram replied.

They reached the Matterhorn, Switzerland’s iconic pointed peak—one of the highest mountains in the Alps. Since it was summer, the couple enjoyed hiking and biking through the trails. Sana had a wide smile throughout the ride, clearly relishing the experience.

“Wow, Vikky! That was awesome. I loved it!” Sana said excited.

“Good. Come now, let’s have lunch and leave for the next destination.” Vikram pulled her along.

“Where will we have lunch?” Sana asked him confused.

“I’ve reserved private tables in a nearby resort. Let’s go.”

After a peaceful lunch and a bit of rest, they left for Lucerne—a sparkling blue lake surrounded by mountains. The town featured a car-free medieval old quarter, covered bridges, promenades, frescoed buildings, and sun-drenched plazas with bubbling fountains.

They took the funicular up to Dietschiberg, on the north side of Lake Lucerne, and were left speechless by the breathtaking view.

“Baby, how does this place look?” Vikram asked, his eyes scanning the breathtaking landscape before settling on her.

Sana turned in awe, her voice soft with wonder. “No words… it’s heavenly. What about you?”

Vikram smiled, gaze fixed on her. “Any place you’re in feels like heaven to me.”

She let out a laugh. “That was cheesy.”

He smirked. “Maybe, but it’s the truth.”

After spending a magical time together, soaking in the sights and each other’s presence, they made their way back to the resort, fingers entwined.

“Vikky, shall we leave for the business meet now?” Sana asked as they stepped into the suite.

Vikram shook his head, pulling her closer. “Forget the meeting. Let’s just live this moment. Just us. Just happiness.”

She arched a brow, amused. “You’ve officially lost it… and gone all bad-ass now.”

“Oh really? You think this is crazy?” He leaned in, his voice playful. “Do you even know what a crazy bad-ass man is capable of?”

She backed away with a laugh. “No, no! Please—don’t show me!”

They both laughed as they entered their suite.

“Go freshen up. I’ve got a surprise waiting for you,” Vikram said with a mysterious grin.

Her eyes sparkled with curiosity. “What is it?”

He stepped back, giving her a teasing wink. “It’s a surprise… wait and see.”

After a warm bath, Sana returned to the room and found a gift pack on the bed. Opening it, she blushed—inside was a beautiful short skirt and an off-shoulder crop top. She changed into it, letting her wavy hair fall around her shoulders, her face glowing with minimal makeup. She looked breathtaking.

Vikram, dressed in shorts and a half-buttoned shirt, looked no less than a Greek god, his messy hair adding to his raw charm.

They met in the living room and both blushed at the sight of each other.

“You’re taking away my breath, love,” Vikram whispered, his voice brushing her ear like silk.

Sana blushed, her eyes dropping for a moment. “You’re too handsome,” she murmured shyly.

He smiled, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. “Shall we go?”

She looked at him, puzzled. “Where do you want us to go at this hour?”

“Just within the resort. Come on,” he said, gently taking her hand.

With their fingers interlocked, they stepped out into the cool night. The path leading to the backyard was narrow, lined with soft lights, and surrounded by swaying trees. The silence was comforting, broken only by the crunch of gravel beneath their feet.

Sana looked around, her brows furrowed. “There’s no one here? Where are the maids?”

Vikram glanced at her with a smirk. “There’s nobody in the resort but us.”

She blinked. “What?”

He leaned closer. “I booked the entire place… just for us.”

Her eyes widened slightly. “You’re unbelievable.”

“Hmm,” he nodded with a grin. “Now stop questioning and keep walking.”

Sana sighed dramatically. “How long do you want me to walk?”

“Just a little more,” he said, his voice laced with anticipation.

Suddenly, Vikram lifted her in bridal style, and she playfully swayed her legs in the air, admiring his face under the moonlight.

“Mr. Husband, why are you burdening yourself by carrying me? We could’ve just had dinner in our room and hit the bed by now.”

“My wife is very happy right now. If I reveal the surprise, I know you’ll give me that priceless reaction—and that makes me happy.”

“Is it? Where are we going?” Sana asked him.

“Do you really want to know now?” he teased.

“Please, Vikky!” she pleaded.

Vikram leaned in and whispered something in her ear. Her eyes widened in shock, and she was suddenly at a loss for words, turning her face away.

“Why are you silent?” Vikram whispered in her ears.

“Ah… no… I, I mean…” Sana struggled forming her words.

“Why are you stuttering?” he teased her.

She shook her head horizontally, unable to speak. Vikram chuckled at her reaction and kissed her nose.

“Darling, you kill me with your blush. Let me take a bite of it…” he whispered before gently biting her cheek, full of affection.

Sana hid her face in Vikram’s chest, overwhelmed by emotion. He gently made her stand straight and turned her toward the view in front of her.

She stood frozen.

They were in the center of a beautiful garden bathed in moonlight, surrounded by fully bloomed flowers. Right at the heart of it all was a small table set for two, with glowing candles flickering gently in the breeze.

Sana couldn’t take her eyes off the enchanting scene. The flowers swayed softly, their fragrance filling the air and enveloping her senses.

“Vikky… is this for real or am I dreaming?” she asked, her voice hushed with awe.

“It’s real, wifeyyyy,” he grinned.

“I love you, Vikky,” she said and hugged him tightly, pressing a kiss to his cheek in pure joy.

“Dinner?” he asked, guiding her toward the table.

“I don’t even feel hungry right now,” she smiled.

“Let’s still have a little something. Come,” he said warmly.

They both took their seats. Her favorites—creamy pasta, colorful macarons, and blueberry pie—were laid out perfectly. Vikram fed her with his hands, and she did the same for him, smiling between bites.

“You like it?” he asked, watching her face closely.

“I love it,” she replied sincerely.

After they finished dinner, they remained seated, gazing at each other in silence.

Sana suddenly leaned forward and placed her palms over his eyes, gently shutting them.

“Why do you close my eyes?” he asked, amused.

“Your eyes are piercing my soul,” she whispered.

Vikram chuckled at her words.

“Shall we leave?” he asked.

“No… let’s stay a little longer,” she said softly.

“If we stay a little more, then I’ll carry you to another place,” he said with a playful smirk.

“Where?” she asked curiously.

“Do you want to see it?” he asked, offering his hand.

“Hmmm…” she nodded.

He held her hand and guided her sideward through a pathway lit with soft garden lights. After a few minutes of walking, Sana suddenly stopped and held his hand tighter, rooted in place.

Vikram turned to see her reaction—and couldn’t help but blush.

They had reached a secluded spot adorned with an artificial waterfall. A gentle stream of water flowed into a shallow pond, filled with delicate rose petals. Tulips circled the pond, while the subtle fragrance of orchids drifted in from behind them. The entire floor was covered in rose petals—it was a literal rose bed.

Sana’s breath hitched.

She had never imagined a place so romantic, so surreal. It looked like a dream—something out of a fairytale. Vikram’s love always overwhelmed her, but this… this was something beyond magic. She could see the effort, the thought, the love he poured into creating this moment for her. And she fell for him all over again.

“You’re quiet… we can return if you don’t like this place,” Vikram said gently.

Sana turned to him, her eyes shimmering with tears.

“Sana baby… I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you by bringing you here. Come, let’s leave,” he said and reached for her hand.

But she didn’t move.

“Vikky… why do you love me this much? You do so much and take care of everything for me. And how do you think I wouldn’t like this place?” she asked, her voice trembling. “I wouldn’t be human if I didn’t love it. You make me fall for you every second.”

“What do you mean? So you like this place?” he asked with a smile.

Sana didn’t answer. Instead, she hugged him tight.

“Best place I’ve ever seen,” she whispered.

“Are you comfortable?” he asked gently.

“Hmmm,” she nodded.

Vikram slowly laid her down on the rose bed and began kissing her, open-mouthed and gentle. He took his time, teasing and tempting her with every move. Lost in his love, Sana didn’t realize his hands had started to undo her clothes. Her milky white skin glowed under the moonlight, and Vikram felt every cell of his body burn with desire.

They were soon lost in their own world. The soft rustle of petals, the gentle flow of water, and their moans and groans became the soundtrack of their magical night. The nature around them stood witness to the love they made—intense, soulful, and unfiltered.

Hours passed before they lay back on the flower bed, draped in petals and each other’s warmth.

“I love you… Sana,” he whispered.

“Love you, Vikky,” she replied breathlessly.

“Come, I’ll help you bathe. Then we’ll return to our room,” he said.

He carried her to the pond gently, cradling her like she was the most delicate thing in the world.

“Heyyy… it’ll be cold. I can’t,” she said, shivering at the thought.

“No, baby. It’s set to warm water at night and cold during the day,” he reassured.

“Ohhh… then okay,” she said, relaxing.

He guided her into the pond, and they bathed together—though not before another intimate session, this time surrounded by floating roses.

Afterward, they got dressed and prepared to return to their room. Vikram noticed she was completely drained and scooped her up in his arms.

“You’re something I never get tired of. You are my magic, wifey. I love you,” he said softly.

“Love you, hubby,” she whispered before dozing off in his arms.

Vikram smiled and kissed her forehead tenderly. Back in their room, he placed her on the bed and slid in beside her, pulling her into his embrace.

Soon, he too fell asleep—his heart full, his soul content—after a night that would stay with them forever.
