Recap: Sana thrashes Nisha

*********

Sharath leaned in closer, his voice low and dangerous. “Let me tell you a secret which is not known to anybody except my boss.”

Nisha looked at him, puzzled.

“I’m not a PA for Vikram,” he said calmly.

“So, you’re the same as me, waiting for the right time to hunt Vikram, right?” she asked, a flicker of hope in her voice.

Without warning, Sharath grabbed a vase from the nearby table and smashed it into her side, stabbing her with its broken edge. Blood oozed as she struggled to remain conscious. He poured a jug of cold water over her.

“I’m the commander of his personal bodyguards. I’m his buddy. You know what my work is? I kill mercilessly. He is my best friend, and I would do anything for him.”

Nisha’s eyes widened in horror as she stared at Sharath, who now appeared nothing less than a demon in her eyes.

He pulled out his pistol and emptied the entire magazine into her. Without a shred of remorse, he turned to his men.

“Dispose of the body. Clean up this room. No trace. You know the drill.”

Sharath messaged Vikram after completing the task. Meanwhile, Vikram’s phone beeped on the nightstand. He picked it up and smiled as he read the message.

“Who messaged you at this hour?” Sana mumbled, yawning as she turned toward Vikram.

“Sharath,” he replied, placing the phone back on the side table.

“Have you fired Nisha?”

“Oh yeah,” he said with a sly smile. “She’s been packed up too.”

“Pack up ah?” Sana raised an eyebrow.

“I meant… she’s been sent back to India,” Vikram said, quickly covering up with a smirk.

Sana sighed. “Oh. Let’s sleep. I’m very tired.”

“But I haven’t done anything,” Vikram teased, brushing his fingers along her waist. “So why are you tired?”

“Shut your mouth, Vikky,” she said, hiding her blush.

“You thought I would change my mind?” he said, grinning. “Definitely not.”

“I slept long back,” she muttered and turned away, pretending to sleep.

Vikram leaned over and tickled her side. She jerked and laughed uncontrollably.

“Okay, fine! Stop, stop!” she gasped between giggles, panting for breath.

He pulled her into his arms, pressing a soft kiss to her forehead.

“Vikky…” she murmured, her tone suddenly quieter. “Am I satisfying you? Are you… disappointed with me in any way?”

Vikram looked at her, surprised. “Hey,” he said gently, “we’re doing perfectly good. Why are you asking such a stupid question?”

“Please just tell me,” she whispered.

Without a word, he gently lifted her onto him, cradling her weight as he nuzzled into her neck, leaving a firm kiss on her skin.

“I feel complete with you,” he said against her collarbone. “I will never feel any discomfort or disappointment with you. Don’t say such things and clutter your little brain with nonsense. I’m the happiest person in this world, and I’d shout that from the rooftops if I have to.”

“Really?” she asked, eyes wide with emotion.

“Promise,” he said, holding her gaze. “You are my world.”

She hesitated before asking, “Aren’t you upset that I refused to fulfill your fantasy?”

Vikram smiled and stroked her cheek. “Sana… fantasies are just passing thoughts. Not desires. My real wish—my only expectation—is to have you in my sight. Always. I love everything about you—not just your body. Your love, your care, your affection… your attitude, courage, beauty, your soul.”

He paused, brushing her hair aside.

“Sex… romance… it’s not just pleasure. It’s a space where only you and I exist. Nothing else. No world, no chaos. Just us.”

Sana stared at him, overwhelmed. “I love you, Vikky. But… how do we even do something like that in the open? What if someone sees us?”

Vikram chuckled, rolling her beneath him.

“Why do you keep bringing this up?” he teased.

“Just like that,” she said shyly.

“You think I can’t create a private space for us?” he asked, raising an eyebrow. “But listen—if you’re not comfortable, we won’t do anything. That’s it.”

He kissed her eyelids, then lay beside her, pulling her into his chest. His fingers gently played with her hair.

“You’re overthinking today,” he whispered. “Close your eyes and sleep. Tomorrow, we’ll go out. Just the two of us.”

Sana nodded, her breath evening out as she drifted to sleep in his arms. Vikram followed soon, holding her close through the night.

He caressed her hair, and she soon fell asleep in his arms. He smiled softly and followed her into sleep.

The next day, Akash’s PA was repeatedly trying to reach Nisha, but her phone was switched off.

In a hotel room across London, Akash was asleep when a loud knock woke him. He opened the door groggily to find two London police officers standing outside.

“Are you Mr. Akash Vishwanath?” one of the officers asked, their tone firm.

“Yes…” Akash replied cautiously.

“Your personal assistant, Mr. Kishore, has been arrested in connection with a murder investigation.”

“What?” Akash’s voice rose, eyes narrowing. “Kishore? That’s impossible. He would never do such a thing!”

“We’ll need you to accompany us to the police station for questioning,” the officer said.

“Who’s the victim?” Akash asked, already fearing the answer.

“Ms. Nisha. She’s from India.”

“What?!” Akash’s expression froze in disbelief.

“Yes, sir. Please get dressed. We don’t have much time.”

“Just give me a minute,” Akash muttered, rushing into his room. As he buttoned his shirt, his phone rang—a number he didn’t recognize flashing across the screen.

“Hello?” he snapped.

“I’m your well-wisher, man,” came a calm, menacing voice.

“Who the hell are you?”

“Vikram.”

“You—!” Akash’s hands clenched into fists.

“Relax, man,” Vikram said, almost amused. “How was the morning surprise? It didn’t take much to switch you out with your PA. But don’t think I’m stopping here. I’m far more ruthless than you ever imagined.”

Akash’s voice dropped to a low growl. “You started this.”

“And I’ll finish it,” Vikram cut in smoothly. “Game’s on. Officially.”

“Welcome to war, Vikram,” Akash replied coldly. “Let’s see how long you last.”

“I’ll wait,” Vikram said. “We’ve got unfinished business. Now go. The cops are waiting. Enjoy your ride. Bye.”

The call ended with a click.

With a roar of fury, Akash hurled the phone across the room, shattering it against the wall. He stormed out, eyes burning.

“Contact my father and our legal team—immediately,” he barked at his startled staff before getting into the police vehicle.

At the station, Akash’s lawyers arrived just in time, flanking him on either side.

The investigating officer leaned forward, steely-eyed. “Mr. Akash, do you know Ms. Nisha?”

“Yes,” Akash said steadily. “She was the project head at Vikram Group. I met her just yesterday.”

“We have information suggesting your company obtained Vikram Group’s project presentation through illegal means,” the officer said, eyes sharp. “Did Ms. Nisha assist you in this?”

Akash straightened in his seat. “No. I wasn’t even aware there was a misplacement. I was going to question my PA about it today.”

“Do you believe Vikram Group might be involved in her murder? Perhaps in retaliation for the leak?”

Akash shook his head. “My company has no hand in this. But… my PA was in love with someone. I suspect it might have been Nisha. If he’s involved, let the law deal with him. I won’t interfere.”

The officer studied him for a moment, then gave a slight nod. “You may leave for now. But stay available—we might call you back for further inquiry.”

“Of course,” Akash replied calmly. “I’ll extend full cooperation to ensure justice is served.”

As he stepped out of the interrogation room, Akash spotted his lawyer waiting outside. The older man walked up briskly, voice low and urgent.

“Your father wants you out of this. Your PA will take the fall. Vikram hasn’t left any stone unturned to frame him. Best stay away. I’ll clear the paperwork. You can fly back to India tomorrow.”

“Hmm. Okay…”

Akash gritted his teeth. “You’ll pay for this, Vikram.”

As per Vikram’s instructions, officials cleared Akash of all charges. Within two days, he returned to India.

Meanwhile, Vikram and his family stayed in London for a week, enjoying their time together. Vikram and Pugazh completed the pre-project work with IBS. After a satisfying trip, they all returned home to India.
