Chapter 103

Vimal picked his car key and was about to storm out but Chaitra held his wrist stopping him from leaving. Vimal looked at her bewildered for stopping him.

Vimal: Ira… I need to confront her, I remember Rishi telling me that she would be sent back to the asylum today or tomorrow. I need answers from her before she leaves. Please don’t stop me.

Chaitra: Don’t you think I need answers too ? She stole my gift, she stole my love so I will accompany you.

Vimal felt it wouldn’t safe to take Chaitra with him but he understood her point that she too needed answers so reluctantly he bobed his head. Chaitra picked the craft gift and they arrived at the parking and he helped Chaitra get in the car carefully. He called Rishi before he ignited the engine.

Rishi: Happy birthday buddy, how is your day ?

Vimal: Rishi, where are you ? Is Aadhi with you ?

Rishi: Me and Aadhi just arrived at dad’s home. Is everything ok ?

Vimal: We have a problem and I m on way so wait for me and don’t let anyone about my arrival. I will be there as quickly possible.

Rishi hummed and cut the call before he entered the living and saw Vani playing with Ridha and Manjari seated next to her watching Ridha play. Aadhi noticed a difference on Rishi’s face after the call and questioned him by cocking her brows but Rishi shook his head returning a smile to her. He entered the kitchen and picked a water bottle from the fridge. He gulped the water and his thoughts were lost about the way Vimal spoke and he now knew something very bad happened.

He walked out and saw Ridha crawling around playing with her toys. Just 20 minutes later everyone heard the sound of the car honk.

Vimal entered inside holding Chaitra’s hand and everyone was shocked to see them. Raghavan and Vani looked at Manjari who had her gaze fixed on Chaitra’s baby bump.

Aadhi:  Happy Birthday bro and what brought you here ? Chaitu ???

Vimal: We are here to know answers for something Rishi’s sister did to me and Chaitra.

Raghavan: Vimal, she hasn’t left the home since she has arrived so why do you think she did something to you and Chaitra ?

Vani: Yes Vimal, she was with us all the times since it was strict order for her to stay home only. Infact she will be taken back in the late evening. Inspector had called us alreadyabout that.

Vimal: I m not talking abou the present, I want answers for what she did in the past.

Chaitra opened the carft gift and everyone smiled on seeing it. Aadhi walked to Chaitra and touched the gift.

Aadhi: Wow, Chaitu, this is so awesome. Indeed a very special gift for my bro.

Everyone were looking at the gift whereas Chaitu and Vimal were looking at Manjari, who had turned pale on seeing it.

Vimal moved to Manjari with Chaitra holding her hand. Rishi stood in silence on seeing the rage in Vimal’s eyes.

Vimal: You remember the gift, the similar one you proposed me with ? Why did you do that ?

Chaitra: Shameless bitch, how dare you played in our life ?

Aadhi: Bro, Chaitu whats happening here ? Please calm down and let us know what happened.

Vimal: Chaitra had made a similar gift and she had planned to propose me at a park but this bitch stole Chaitra’s gift and proposed me. Actually she said her family wasn’t caring about her and she was tortured at home. She made me feel emotionally weak and I accepted her proposal.

Everyone was shocked on the revealation and Aadhi gave a disgusting look at Manjari.

Chaitra: Why did you do that ? You knew my love for Vimal and tricked him with all those emotional blackmails. Am I right ?

Rishi: Open your mouth dammit, why did you do that ?

Manjari’s chest heaved in frustration and looked at everyone who had a disgusting look except for Raghavan and Vani who gave her disappointed look.

Vimal: Open you fucking damn mouth and tell me why did you that ? You knew Chaitra’s love for me and out of your jealousy, you wanted us to be in a relationship. Am I right ?

Manjari: Yessssss.. Yes, I did that.. I did steal her gift.

Chaitra: You knew Vimal liked me. Isn’t it ? You knew he had a soft corner in his heart for me. You were scared that he might fall in love with me and played your trick, isn’t it ?

Manjari: Yes, I knew he liked you. He only talked about his sister and his sister’s friend. Aadhi this, Aadhi that and.. and Chaitra did this, Chaitra spoke that… Aadhi.. Chaitra.. Aadhi Chaitra… Everytime he opened his mouth it was only Aadhi or Chaitra. I knew he liked you but he was scared because you were his sister’s friend so I knew he wouldn’t accept his love for you but I never expected you to propose him. I was there at the park while you waited for him and when you left to check an injured child I stole the gift. You are an idiot because you failed to write your name in any of the sheets so I used it. I knew he will accept your proposal since he liked you so much so I did, what I had to do. I didn’t want to lose him to you so I proposed him. I knew she would visit his home in the pretense to meet her friend and I couldn’t risk letting them meet every now and then so I did everything to get this witch Aadhi married so that Vimal wouldn’t get a chance to meet both his sister and the girl he admired.

Vimal: Animals are worth to be kept home rather than a cunning bitch like you. Every disgusting word from the dictionary would be insufficient to address you.

Chaitra: Despite everything you did to keep us, destiny had brought us together and you know why ? Because our love was pure, we were destined to be together. The word love never existed in your life. All Vimal felt for you is only pity, the pity you earned through your acting. You deserve to rot in hell for all the pain you gave us.

Vimal: Stop screaming Ira… she would never change and she isn’t worth to waste your energy.

Manjari: I loved you really Vimal, I did everything only to get you in my life. I gave my everything to you, only to end up in an asylum.

Vimal: Stop joking, I think you have Delusionla Disorder too. Woman like you would love only herself. You are nothing but a selfless animal and I hate myself for letting you in my life.

Manjari: How dare you say that Vimal ? Just because you maarried her that doesn’t mean I was nothing to you. You pampered me with everything.

Vimal: Shut up, I pampered you with materialistic things and now I realize that was only out pity.

Manjari: No, you loved me Vimal and I know you still love me. We fell apart because we lost the child. Lets get back together and we shall have babies just like you wanted. Throw this fucking home wrecker out of your life. She ruined us and you fell for her trap.

Vimal: One word against my wife and I will kill you without a second thought.

Rishi: I will call the police and let her leave already. I m done hearing all her deeds.

Manjari scoffed on hearing Rishi’s words and in a blink she rushed to Aadhi and yanked Ridha from her. Manjari moved back and when Aadhi and Rishi tried to step towards her Manjari, she threatened to drop Ridha.

Rishi/Aadhi: Ridhaaa

Rishi: Stop right there woman, give me my daughter or I swear you will see the worse of me.

Manjari: As if you were better anytime. Now don’t you dare step towards or you will have to forget that you  ever had a daughter.

Vimal: Give her back to us and we will think of letting you free. I swear to withdraw the case against you and I will talk to Yuvraj to withdraw the complaint against you. Just give our Ridhaa back to us.

Manjari: Wow, looks like she is the sweetheart to everyone now.

Vani: Manjari, I beg you. Please give Ridha back to us. She is a baby.

Ridha was bawling her eyes out twisting and turning in Manjari’s hold. Rishi’s heart ached and his blood boiled on seeing his daughter scream in fear.

Aadhi: Manjari, please have some mercy. She is your niece.

Manjari: I never had mercy for the one I carried and here you expect me to show mercy on your daughter ? fucking idiots, there is still one thing that hasn’t been revealed so I will do the honours.

Rishi: Give my daughter and you can walk out of this home and live however you want.

Manjari: What is the hurry Rishikesh ? Hold on for a minute and listen to the final secret of mine. You all thought that I lost the baby because I fell at the mall but the truth is I killed it. It was true that Vimal never loved me, he only felt pity and I knew this from the very begining. This idiot couldn’t love me but he was worshipping the floor I walked, when he knew that I was pregnant. All he thought was about his daughter and I don’t like anyone between us so I took abortion pill that night. I only started bleeding after consuming the pill. Falling at the mall was a good excuse to get rid of it.

Vimal broke down on hearing her words and to say everyone were utterly shocked that she killed her own baby.

Aadhi and Rishi felt the air knocked out of their lungs after hearing her and they were hell scared for Ridha who was still Manjari’s arms. Rishi and Vimal couldn’t take it anymore and lunged at her. Manjari dropped Ridha but Rishi rolled on the floor and caught his daughter before she hit the floor. He kissed her face and wiped the tears of her face. Aadhi rushed to Rishi and hugged Ridha crying out her heart.

Rishi: Ridha, princesss.. look daddy is holding you. Nothing happened princess, Dad wouldn’t let anyone harm you. I love you princess.

Rishi rose to his feet and pulled Aadhi to the guest room and left Ridha with her and walked out locking the door. He saw Vimal slapping Manjari and Rishi slapped her twice on his behalf.

Rishi: How dare you try to kill my daughter. I knew, you wouldn’t change. I will file charges against you for trying to kill my daughter. I will never let you walk out of the jail for the rest of your life.

Rishi fished out his mobile and was about to call the Inspector but before that Manjari ran to escape. She saw Chaitra and with a smirk she pushed Chaitra to the floor. Vimal felt the floor slip away beneath his foot. Chaitra screamed holding her babybump and Vimal was beside her in a fraction of a second.

Vimal: Ira…

Chaitra: Vimal….save our babies… Aahhhhh

She screamed in pain and Vimal carried her to the car. Vani opened the door and let Aadhi out of the room. Rishi caught Manjari before she could escape and locked her in a room. He rushed out and saw Vimal placing Chaitra in the backseat.

Rishi: Vimal get in with chaitu in the back seat. Aadhi get in the passenger seat. Qucik.

Aadhi who was crying looking at the condition of Chaitra sat in the passenger seat with Ridha on her lap. Rishi got in the driver seat and drove at the maximum speed he could. He picked out his mobile and called the hospital to let the doctor know about Chaitra’s condition.

Aadhi: Nothing will happen to you Chaitu, be strong girl. Our babies will be fine.

Chaitra was screaming and Vimal looked at his palm which had blood. His breathe labored when he found that she was bleeding from her vagina.

Vimal: Rishi, drive fast, she is bleeding.

Chaitra: I love you… Vimal…

Vimal: I love you Ira… please don’t give up. Nothing will happen to you and our babies Ira.

Chaitra: Save our babies… please

Vimal pat her cheeks on seeing her losing conscious but all his talks went in vain when Chaitra lost her conscious
