The morning with fog and chillness around everywhere the climate was refreshing when Raghav went for jog. Wearing a track pant and hoodie he walked to the park to see many younsgters and elders doing their morning routine walking and jogging in the park. He stretched his arms to warm up and saw Sharath was also present there for his jog. They exchanged their morning greetings.
Sarath: Enna neenga mattum than vandhu irukinga? ( why are you alone ?)
Raghav: avanga vara mattanga. Naa mattum than. ( she won’t come. Its only me )
Sarath: Same to same. enga veetlayum adhey than. ( In our home too same )
They started to jog together speaking and Sharath shared many details about the place. Finishing their jog they settled on a bench.
Raghav: I think we to go. I need to catch up with the men to deliver us milk and newspaper.
Sarath: Wait I will give the contact number. Call them and finish it over phone.
Raghav: super.
They kept walking back to their home speaking in general and reached their floor.
Sarath: Seri Raghav, will catch later.
Raghav: Sure bye.
Raghav opened the door and went inside and saw Malini still in sleep. He went to the washroom to bath and Malini woke to the sound of the door being close. she sat leaning on the head board and yawned rubbing her face with palms. Raghav came out with a towel in his waist and water dripping from his hair.
Malini froze looking at him.

When he didn’t get any reply he turned and saw her eyes closed tightly closed. He chuckled at her reaction on seeing him with only a towel.

He moved to the bed and shook her by shoulders and she opened her eyes and saw him standing close in the same condition and averted her gaze immediately. He tried to act innocent of her actions and continued.
Raghav: Good morning sonna thirumba sollanum. Poi kulichitu vaa. Breakfast yedhachum ready panren. ( You should greet back when someone say good morning. Go take a bath. I will prepare some breakfast)
She hummed and ran to the washroom and shut the door panting heavily leaning on the door.
Malini Mv: Daily ippadi than nadakuma. Ayyo ennanamo pannudey kadavule. ( will this happen daily ? God, this does something in me )
Raghav: Malini seekiram vaa ( Malini come fast)
Malini: Varen varen. (coming coming)
He left to the kitchen to give her privacy to get ready. She quickly got ready and came to the kitchen and saw him preparing instant noodles as they were yet to purchase groceries.
Raghav: Malini, groceries lam vanganum so ippo instant noodles sapdu we shall go the super market. Lunch ku special ah pannidalam. ( Malini we need buy groceries so have this instant noodles now later we will go to the super market. We will cook something special for lunch)
Malini: Hmm seri ok.
At the same their door bell rang and Malini ran to check. Krithika and Sharath stood with warm smile.
Malini: Vaanga anna, akka. Raghav inga vaa. ( come inside brother , sister… Raghav come here)
Raghav came and welcomed them. Krithika gave them packed breakfast she made for them.
Raghav: Edhukku ungalukku kashtam. (Why do you trouble yourself )
Sarath: Idhala enna irukku. Neenga settle agavachum time venum la. So lunch veetukku vaanga. ( Its nothing, atleast you need time to get settled. Please come over to our home for lunch)
Malini: Paravala anna. (its ok brother)
Sarath: Anna solra apram enna. Lunch ku vaanga ippo breakfast sapdunga. ( you call me brother then what is the problem ? come over for lunch and now have this breakfast)
Raghav: Thank you.
Krithika: Thanks lam venam anna.
Sarath: Seri neenga sapdunga nanga kelamburom. ( ok now you start eating and we will leave)
They left and Raghav and Malini looked at each other.
Malini: Super la. Nalla manushanga. ( they are so good )
Raghav: hmmm. aama. Seri sapda vaa. Mudichitu shopping polam. ( yes, come lets eat and then leave for shopping)
They finished the breakfast and drove to the nearby hypermarket and Raghav started his shopping while Malini pulled the trolley for him and occasionally asking the names of the products he chose.
Raghav: One month ku vaaguvom. Nee snacks eduthutu vaa naa billing la wait panren. ( We will buy for a month. You get snacks and I will wait at the billing counter)
Malini grabbed all their favourite snacks and filled in a basket and brought it to him.
Malini: Raghav Krithi akka veetukku yedhachum sweets vangitu polam. ( Raghav, shall we buy some sweets for Krithika sister ?)
Raghav: Seri ma. Pogum podhu sweet shop la vaangikalam. ( ok, On way we will stop by some sweet shop)
They reached the sweet shop and go some sweets for Sharath and Krithika. They drove back home and started arranging the provisions together. Malini took the containers and filled the snacks. finally after completing the task they settled on the couch next to each other. Malini placed her legs on the table in front and sat comfortably.
Malini: Paa evlo work. Tired ayiduchu. (god, how much of work. I m so tired )
Raghav: Enna ma work. Chumma kooda vandha idhukeva. ( what work ? You just walked by side )
Malini: Ayyo naa trolly thallitu vandhen, apram ellam arrange pannen appo tired ah irukadha. ( I was pushing the trolley, then I arranged everything so I won’t be tired is it ?)
Raghav: Irukkum ma. rest edu. He chuckled at her only get a smack from her. ( Ofcourse you wil. take rest)
Malini: Kalaikadha. (don’t tease me)
Raghav: Seri pannala. Sharath veetukku polama. correct ah lunch time ku poga venam konjam muunadiye povom. ( ok I m not teasing you. Shall we go to Sarath home ? it won’t be good to go right at lunch time )
Malini: Haaan ok.
Raghav: Haaan ok. He mimicked her.
Malini: Naa poi fresh ayitu varen. ( I will be back after refreshing)
Raghav: Come fast.
They stood at Sharath’s door and rang the door bell. Krithika opened and welcomed them and hugged Malini.
Krithika: Sharath Raghav anna and Malini vandhutanga. ( Sarath, Raghav and Malini are here )
Sharatha came and welcomed with a hug to Raghav. Malini gave them sweets they got for them.
Sarath: Vaaga Partner. ( come in partner)
Malini: Partner ah?
Sarath: aama nanga jogging la friends appadiye partner ayitom. (yes, we became friends as we jog and became partners too)
Krithika: Seri neenga pesitu irunga naa ippo varen. ( you keep talking and I will be back soon)
Malini: anni nanum varen. (sister in law I will also come with you)
Krithika: akka la irundhu anni ya? ( from sister to sister in law is it ?)

Soon they all settled in their living with the juice Krithi made for them.

They shared the details of their native and school and college. They all felt comfortable with each other to share so many details and felt connected. They all sat for lunch and their maid served food for them.

Sarath: Illa partner office la leave kedaikadhu. Neenga ponga next time ellarum polam. ( no partner, I won’t get leave from office. Next time we will all go together )

Raghav and Malini immediately gave a bemused look at each other which didn’t went noticed by Saharath and Krithi. They understood from their look but choose to stay silent as they didn’t want to make them feel embarrassed.
Malini: Food ellam super anni. ( food was so nice sister in law)
Sarath: Ava enga cook panna. Maid akka than pannanga. ( she didn’t cook. the maid cooked everything)
Malini: Appo ungalukkum cooking theriyadha? ( So you too don’t know cooking is it ?)

Raghav: aama (yes ) partner.
They had lunch with lot of talks and funs. They settled back and continued their talks when Raghav’s mobile rang from his office.
Raghav: Sorry partner got an urgent work.
Sarath: Pravala work parunga. namma inga thaney irukka porom apram pathukalam. ( Itsok look after your work. We will love here only and will catch up later)
Raghav: Indha weekend neenga lunch ku vaanga. apram maid yarachum refer pannunga. ( Come over for lunch this weekend also please refer some maid )

They got their numbers shared and Malini and Raghav left to their home. Raghav got settled with his laptop to work while Malini laid on the couch watching TV but her mind still on what Krithika said.

After a long chat between her mindvoice and heart the heavy lunch made her doze off. Since Malini didn’t turn up to their room Raghav carried hi laptop in his hands and came to the living and saw Malini sleeping. He switched off the TV and sat on the couch opposite to her and continued working. His mobile rang and he picked up and saw Sharath calling so he answered the call.
Raghav: Sollung partner. ( tell me partner)
Sarath: Ennoda friend Mysore la irukkan. Neenga Naalikku evening kelambunga Mysore ku Naa arrangements panna solren. ( My friend is in Mysore. You can start tomorrow evening and I will inform him to do arrangements for you)
Raghav: Seri partner. Malini kitta solla venam. Surprise ah irukkattum. ( Ok partner, don’t inform Malini. Let it be a surprise)
