Pallavi ‘s condition is worsening, very pain chapter 😞

Pallavi is truly a gem. Even though she doesn’t know everything that is happening around her, she continues to smile despite her pain and still defends Deepika. That shows how mature, selfless, and kind she is.
I have really grown to love her character.
And Karan is another character I like. He is understanding, caring, and has stood by Aditya through his toughest moments. Everyone needs a friend like him.
