Recap: Raghav and Malini reach theatre and Vineet is in same theatre and watches the couple.

Raghav was in a comfortable position that he could watch Vineet staring at them. Inspite of a girl accompanying him he ared to look at Raghav and Malini which irked Raghav. The young man who had saved all his romances for his wife and has recently realized his love for the best friend of him from childhood couldn’t give up easily to some disgusting cheap guy who just wanted to cheat on his Malini. He wanted to give back to him and show his love and right on his wife.
Raghav saw that Malini was feeling a little comfortable as a guy was sitting next to her and they couldn’t exchage seats as beside Raghav’s side was also a guy. He simply put his hand around her shoulder and pulled her close to him and patted her arms.
Raghav: Relax. I m here ok.
Malini really felt comfortable and smiled at Raghav before focusing on the screen. Raghav looked at Vineet who was giving glance at them. Raghav felt proud. Adding fuel to the burning fire he leaned close to Malini’s ear.
Raghav: Malini ma yedachum venum na sollu I will buy. ( Malini tell if you want something else. I will buy)
Malini nodded and Raghav straightened with a smile.
Vineet who saw this thought Raghav kissed her and smiling to it and felt irritated more when they were sharing the pop corn from the same bucket.
Malini who gets drowned in movie stopped eating the corns and Raghav took some and stuffed to her mouth and she ate silently.
Raghav: Malini oru 2 mins la varen seriya. ( Malini, I will be back in 2 mins ok ?)
Malini: seekiram vaa. Thaniya irukka bayama irukku. ( come quickly, I m scared to be alone)
Raghav: I will be back soon.
He quickly ran and got a pepsi can and an ice cream in waffle cone and settled next to her. Malini widened her eyes. She was holding pop corn.
Raghav: Nane tharen nee sapdu. ( I will feed myself and you can eat)
He held the ice cream in his hand and fed her and also wiped the cream from side of her lips knowing Vineet was already looking at them.
Malini: unakku vangalaya? ( didn’t you buy for you ?)
Raghav: Illa enakku venda nee sapdu. Last ah indha waffle mattum naa saptukuren, ( No, I don’t want it. I will eat this waffle alone )
Malini: hmm seri. (ok)
As she finished the ice cream Raghav ate the waffle and licked his fingers purposefully. When the movie was towards the climax he opened the pepsi and gave to Malini who took a sip and returned to him as she was already full with her tummy. Raghav with a gentle smile finished the pepsi and crushed the can.
Finally the movie was over and Raghav held Malini’s hand and walked out. When she stumbled he held her waist and they walked out happily.
Malini: Movie was super Raghav.
Raghav: Hmm Yes Malini semmaya irundhuchu. ( Yes it was very good)
Raghav Mv: Padama?? ayyo Nee enga da Padam paatha. Story illa scene mattum kekkama irundha nee thappichiduva da Raghav. ( Movie ? When did I watch movie ? Not the story it would be good and I will escape if she doesn’t talk about any scene from it)
Vineet and Tara too came out while Tara was completely annoyed.
Vineeth: Tara polama vaa. ( Tara shall we go ?)
Tara: Manushana neeyellam. Movie ku vandhu oru pop corn kooda vaangi tharala. Ennavo screen un side la irukka mathiri thirumbi thirumbi enna than paathutu irundha. Kaduppa kelappadha.
( Are you human ? You took me to movie and didn’t buy me even a pop corn. It was like the screen was to you side and you kept watching your side every now and then. Don’t annoy me)
Vineeth:No Tara I have a little head ache.
Tara: Adha solli tholaya vendiyadhu thane. Edhukku ippadi vandhu kadupethara. ( You should have told me then. Why would you take me here and torture me)
Vineeth: Sorry.
Tara: Vandhu thola. Drop me at home. (come lets go)
Vineeth: Dinner pogalam later i will drop you home. ( Lets go for dinner and then I will drop you at home)
Tara: Podhum (enough) already I m pissed off for the day.
They started to drive off while Raghav and Malini too drove towards their home.
Malini: Innaiku full ah semma jolly ah irundhuchu la. ( It was so much of fun today right ?)
Raghav: hmm. yes.
Malini: Naa kooda bayandha theriyuma nee thituva nu. Exam vechukittu ippadi oor suthitu irukom nu. ( I was scared that you will scold me. With exams around we were roaming the whole day)
Raghav: Oru naal dhane. paravala vidu. Naalaiku padichidu. ( It was just one day so don’t bother and we will catch with tomorrow)
Malini: Sure good girl ah padippen. Next eppo kootitu pova? ( Sure I will be a good girl and do my readings. When will you take me out next ?)
Raghav: Plan potu pona nalla irukadhu. pathukalam. ( It won’t be good if planned it so lets see)
Malini: Amma kittalam sollave illa. Morning la irundhu avangalum call pannala. ( We didn’t inform moms. We didn’t call them from morning )
Raghav: Ippo than theriyudha. Naa call panni solliten. Night than varuvom nu. ( you are realizing it now ? I called them and informed already that we will return by night)
Malini: Eppo sonna? ( When did you say them ?)
Raghav: Morning mall irundhu vandha appove solliten. ( I informed them when we were in the mall in the morning)
Malini: Appo neeyum plan panniya? ( So, you too planned is it ?)
Raghav: So madam plan pannithan enna kootitu vandhinga appadi thane ( So you mdam had planned it and took me with you right ?)
Malini: plan potten but full day illa. Just oru half day. ( I did but not for full day, just half day)
Raghav: Seri dinner polama? ( Shall we go for dinner?)
Malini: Venda (no) I m already full.
Raghav: enakkum full ah irukku. Appo veetukku poidalam. ( Even I m full so lets go home already)
By the time they reached home the elders had already returned to sleep and Raghav opened the door with the spare key and entered their room. Raghav carried all their shopping bags to their room and placed in the wardrobe. The whole day of roaming exhausted them.
Raghav: Malini full day roam panniyachu hot bath eduthutu thoongu illana body pain varum. ( Malini we have roaming the whole day so have a hot bath before you sleep or you will have body pain)
Malini: No
Raghav: Po sonnen. ( I said go)
Malini: hmmm poren. ( I m going )
Both took a hot bath ofcourse separately and they hit the bed and slept immediately.
Vineet dropped Tara at her home and reached his flat with anger on its peak and took the alcohol bottle and gulped half of it. His friend Yasif looked at him strangely.
Yasif: Dey ennada panra? ( Hey what are you doing ?)
Vineeth: Dey innaiku andha Malini and Raghav paathen. ( I saw Malini and Raghav today)
Yasif: Adhukku yen ippadi kudikkura? ( So why are you drinking like this ?)
Vineet told him everything he saw through out the day.
Yasif: Coincidence ah illa wanted ah meet panningala theriyala but adhula unakku enna problem. ( I don’t know if that meet was a planned one or co incidence but what is your plan in that?)
Vineeth: Ava enna love panra mathiri cheat pannala appo. Ivlo seekiram avan kooda move on aagita.( Did she cheat on me saying that she loved me ? How could she moven on with me so quickly ?)
Yasif: Move on aagattum nee olunga un life ah paaru. Thirumbavum solla matten. Tara ku konjam doubt vandha kooda un life onnum illama poidum jaakiradha. Malini Raghav kooda happy ah settled nee mattum edhukkum illama nadu road la nikka vendiyadhu than. Naa solla vendiyadha sollitten apram unnoda ishtam.Ego paathu life ah spoil pannikadha.
( Let her move on you better look after your life. I won’t repeat this. Your life will be doomed if Tara gets a slightest of doubt on you. If Malini is settled in her life with Raghav then why should you stand in the middle of the road. I have whatever I wanted to then its your wish. Don’t let your ego spoil your life)
Vineet wanted to give up but his ego hit him hard and refused to give up. Looking at his still confused face Yasif snatched the alcohol from him.
Yasif: Nee inga irukka vara ippadi than confuse aguva so Tara kitta solli ava appa business la join pannu appo than distract aagamatta. Purinjidha? ( You will be confused until you stay here so better inform Tara and join her dad’s business. Do you understand ?)
Vineet nodded his head half heartedly and went to sleep.
Morning Raghav woke up and settled for a meeting from his office while Malini was busy uploading the photos of them taken the previous day in her Whatsapp status and Instagram story with many emojies. Raghav saw smiling to herself when his mobile beeped with notification. He took and saw the status and story of Malini in which they were looking a perfect couple with all smiles and the thick yellow nuptial thread gave the newly wed vibes in every photo. He hid his smile and continued his meeting silently while responding with likes to her story in instagram.
Malini left downstairs leaving him to attend his meeting peacefully without her distraction.
Sujatha: Enna Malini eppo vandhinga night? ( Malini, when did you return last night ?)
Malini: Maa 10 or 10.30 irukkum ma. (should be 10 or 10.30 maa)
Devika: Eppadi pochu? (how did it go?)
Malini: Maa semma jolly theriyuma. Raghav first thituvan nenachen but avane kootitu ponan theriyuma. ( Maa, it was so fun. At first I thought Raghav wills cold me but he himself took me to all places )
Sujatha: Hey Malini ippo marriage ayiduchu la ippovachum vada poda sollama konja mariyadhaya koopuden di. ( Hey malini now you are married so atleast give some respect to him)
Devika laughed at Malini who squinted her eyes at her mother’s words.
Sujatha: Enna veli aalunga ketta enna solluvanga. konjam change pannu. ( what ? What will people say if they hear you. change a little)
Malini: Ippo naa ennaga vaanga ponga sollanuma? ( What should I call him now ?)
Sujatha: Sonna enna thappu yen naa Devika lam appadi thane pesurom. Nee venum na mama kooda koopdu. ( What is the fault in calling him with respect, me and Devika talk like that to our husband or may be you call him mama)
Malini: Ayyo Maa thayavu senji vaaya moodu. Naa room ke poren aala vidunga. ( Maa, please shut your mouth. I will get back to room, leave me please)
Sujatha and Devika laughed at her disappearing figure.
Sujatha: Hey sapda vaadi ( Hey come to have your food)
Malini: Un mapla varum podhu varen. ( I will come when your new son in law comes)
Sujatha: Paathiya enakku maplayam avalukku mattum vada poda ( See, he is son in law for me but for her she will call him in singular )
Devika: Vidu Suja chinna ponnu thane. ( Let it go Suja, she is a little girl)
Sujatha: Nee romba support pannadha. ( you don’t support her too much)
Devika: Nee sollita la paaru ava kandippa try pannuva oru naal. ( You see she will surely try your words one day)
Sujatha: Panna seri. ( happy if she does)
Malini sat in the balcony with her books but lost in the thoughts of what her mother said.

(Why are everyone confusing me like this ? How can I address Raghav like that ? May be it would be disrespect for Raghav if I don’t call him like that ? How will I start addressing him with respect all of sudden, I feel shy. Malini better concentrate on studies)
Raghav who was in the meeting turned to the balcony hearing the low voice of Malini who was speaking on her own.
Raghav Mv: Appadi enna pesitu irukka. ( What is she talking so seriously)
Malini suddenly took and looked down at the street on hearing someone calling ennanga. She saw a neighbour women calling her husband ennanga.
*ennanga is a way of wife addressing her husband in Tamil culture with respect.
Malini: Suttramum sadhi pannudhe ippadi. she sighed and sat back in the chair. ( Even the surroundings are planning against me)
Raghav mute his call, took a paper and crushed it and threw on her. Malini turned to him.
Raghav: Enna ma thaniya pesura? ( Why are you speaking on your own alone)
Malini: Onnum illaye. Neenga cha… nee meeting continue pannu. ( Nothing…neenga ..continue with meeting)
*neenga is a respectful way of addressing husband in tamil
Raghav Mv: Ennadhu neenga va… adhisayama irukku. enna achu ivalukku. ( What neenga ? its a miracle what happened to her ?)
He gave up the thoughts and continued his meeting.
Malini Mv: Malini confirm unna confuse panranga ellarum. Nee un route la po. Ippo padi illana indha warden Raghav vandhu tension panniduvan. ( Malini, its confirm that everyone is confusing you. You go on with your way or warden Raghav will give tension to you)
She continued reading for exams and once Raghav’s meeting was over he called her down for breakfast. Malini sat and told Raghav to switched on the TV for some music channel. Malini put a piece of idly in her mouth when the remix song Mama Mama Mama yenma yenma yenma played.
She choked on her food listening to it. Raghav rushed to her and patted her head and gave water and rubbed her back.
Raghav: Paathu ma Paathu ma. ( Carefully carefully)
Malini Mv: My mind total damage. Thanks to my great mathaji.
