Recap: Raghav and Malini arrive at resort for party. Thendral plan for a game to mock Malini

Raghav held Malni’s hand in his and his thumb caressed her knuckles comforting her. Malini inhaled and exhaled calming her mind and smiled at Raghav. Thendral held a mic and stood in the centre of the tables to gain the attention of everybody.
Thendral: Hi everybody shall we take few minutes to give attention to our newly weds.
Everybody cheered to her.
Thara: Good. Raghav and Malini since you were childhood buddies you both might know each other well so shall we ask few questions to you. Everyone must be happy to know how good you too are together.
Raghav: sure.
Malini nodded her head.
Thendral: Thank you. So Malini you have just completed your college but Raghav is qualified more than you. Are you ok with it and Raghav how do you feel about that ?
Malini: To be honest my studies was taken care by Raghav from my very younger age and that has never been a thought of difference for me. I always wished that he does what he liked and he let me do the same and supported me always in studies. Infact he my guru. So our education definitely doesn’t matter.
Raghav: Marriage is definitely not a business to choose over education. It is a mere understanding between the couples and me and Malini know each other well which is far enough and if she wanted to study definitely I will be there for her and I won’t force her.
Thendral didn’t expect Raghav and Malini to hit a six of her first question so she sighed and started again.
Thendral: Malini which food does Raghav likes the most of your cooking ?
Malini: I m sorry I don’t even know C in cooking. I can just be a helper in cuttings.
Thendral: Oh my god. Pity for Raghav. Usually women love to cook for their husband so Raghav have you chosen the list of restaurants to serve you foods?
Raghav: Why should always ladies be a cook and I m totally against it and why should I search for restaurant when I know to cook. I love cooking that too we enjoy a lot cooking together. I love to cook for her.
Thendral: Which is her favourite food? What would you cook for her if she is angry ?
Raghav: She loves curd rice with potato chips but she loves my mushroom pasta. She has never been angry with me but if she is upset over anything then I make her blueberry pie to chill her.
Raghav looked at Malini and she snaked her arms around his.
Thendral: Malini, Raghav is very handsome and charming and no wonder girls drool over him. Do you feel insecured anytime?
Raghav now understood that all these were to provoke the insecurities in Malini and ganished his teeth.
Malini: No. I have been with Raghav from my childhood and I have never seen Raghav getting impressed with any girl so far so why would I feel insecure.
Raghav was impressed the way she gave back to Thendral.
Thendral was now irritated to see their bonding.
Thendral: If you both were not destined then what qualities you have expected from your partner? Malini start with you.
Malini: He should be 5.11, so that I can hear his heart beat when I hug him, he should be caring. I should feel warm with him. He should be my home.
Thendral: woww.. Raghav your turn.
Raghav: Very bold, loveable and keeps loving me with all my flaws.
Prakash: You both are saying about each other only.
Raghav: So we are perfectly destined.
Thendral: Raghav since she is your childhood friend and from the way you speak its clear that you have pampered her a lot. I think you married a child.
Thendral laughed saying those words. Malini’s face fell on seeing her laughing with those comments. Raghav clenched his jaw and looked at Thendral and stood facing the crowd.
Raghav: Yes you are right she is child. Tell me who doesn’t like or love a child but my Malini is not only child. She is also my mother when she cares for me. She is my best friend who stayed with me always when everyone ignored me for my introvert character. She is a pure soul who always wanted only good things to happen for me. She is an angel who will do anything to protect me. She is my everything and makes me feel like a king to the world. I knew of days in my life when I was able to give up on food and water when I was busy in projects but I never knew a day that had went without her. She has been the sunshine of my day and darkness of my nights. She is my Malini and I thank the universe for giving my lucky charm to me.
Malini stood and threw her arms around his neck and hugged him sobbing. Raghav hugged her and said sweet nothings to her.
There was a huge applause from the crowd for the couple.
Prakash, Sanjay and Bala felt too proud or their friend and little sister. Sanjay turned to Thendral and gave a sarcastic smile and they all shared a group hug. Their moment was interuppted by the voice of their manager and they all turned to him.
Manager: Mr. and Mrs. Raghav it is indeed a great evening that we could see such a beautiful and made for each other couple. you are born and destined for each other. Wish you all success and best wishes in your life. With that I would like to give the gift which was supposed to be given to Raghav long back but I take the honour to give it today. Raghav congratulations you have been promoted as the Manager of our bangalore branch. We need young and energetic man like you to serve our company and our bangalore branch needs you. Congratulations.
Raghav was overwhelmed with joy on hearing and he hugged Malini once again and moved towards his manager.
Raghav: Thank you so much. It would be my pleasure and a great oppurtunity to explore my talents. I will definitely do beyond my best. Thank you.
Everybody moved to him and congratulated him. Finally Thendral stretched her hand to congratulate him but Raghav folded his hands together and thanked her.
Raghav: Ms. Thendral thank you so much for hosting the day. I knew more about my wife and my feelings for her today with your help. It has multi folded and thanks to you that I learnt another important lesson of the day. ” smooth lips and an evil heart are like a vessel of earth plated with silver waste” and a venom could be inside a honey jar.
Thendral: Raghav I don’t understand what you say. I m sorry if i made you uncomfortable.
Raghav: I would tolerate anything in this world but not my Malini’s heart break or her tears. Good that I will move away from here. Hope not to see you again.
Raghav turned left without hearing her reply and joined Malini.
Malini: Congratulations and Thank you pa.
Raghav: Congratulations ok but why thanks ?
Malini: Nee enna avlo defend pannadhukku. ( For defending me like that)
Raghav: Loosu I didnot defend you. I said what is true and real in our life. Nee enna amma mathiri paathukalaya? Unna paakkama oru naal naa irundhu irukena? I will never let you down in my life. Nee avlo mukkiyamana person en life la.

Malini Mv: Naa unakku derserve ah nu kooda theriyala. Nee enakkaga avlo pandra. ( I don’t know if I deserve you but you do so much for me)
Raghav: Enna yosikura. Vaa dinner sapdalam. ( What are you thinking ? Come lets eat)
They continued to have their dinner and later Raghav left Malini with Prakash and friends and went to speak to his manager to know further details of joining his bangalore office. Thendral went to her friends with grumpy face and vented her anger to them.
As the party came to an end Raghav thanked his manager for arranging the party and all others for joining them and wishing them for their new journey in the wedding.
Prakash, Sanjay and Bala bid bye to Raghav and Malini and left and the couple got in their car and started to drive. Malini was stealing glances at Raghav and remained silent.
Raghav: Enna onnum pesama vara? ( Why are you not talking anything ?)
Malini: Onnum illa. ( nothing)
Raghav: Malini ma edhuvum yosikadha freeya vidu. Theva illama yosichu tension agadha. Eppavum pola iru enakku adhu than venum. ( Malini don’t think about anything and let your mind free. You will only be tensed if you keep thinking for unwanted things. You be yourself like always. I only want that)
Malini: Nee yen ivlo nallavana irukka? ( Why are you so good?)
Raghav: yaaru sonna naa romba kettavan. Oru naal paaru neeye solluva. ( Who said, I m very bad. You will know yourself one day)
Malini: Chance eh illa. ( No way)
Raghav: Seri apram pathukalam vidu. ( We will see that later)
