Raghav stood infront of the mirror in the washroom rubbing his face in his palms. He couldnot get over the feel of her touch, her scent, her blush. Her soft skin against his lips everything made him mad. A part of mind was feeling ecstatic for what happened minutes ago but again he was scared with the thoughts of her reaction. Though he could see a a very little change in her and the way she looks at him still he wanted to confess their hearts before stepping into any sort of physical attraction but the long holded string broke the moment she was in his close proximity and more than her voice her eyes questioned his stand for her and he couldnot give up at that time.

Malini who was speaking to her mother cut the call gazed at the moon. His eyes which only had love for her and his care and the way she melted in his touch. Everything was a bliss. She touched her forehead and eyelids where he kissed and blushed at that thought.

She took a long breathe and moved to the living and waited for him. Raghav washed his face and calmed his heart and came out o the washroom. However he tried, the tension on his face was visible and he couldn’t meet her eyes.
Malini Mv: Sorry solra munnadi naamale pesi topic change pannanum. ( Lets change the topic before he could say sorry )
She cleared her throat and saw him and he turned to her.
Malini: Raghav I m hungry yedhachum food order panriya? ( Raghav, I m hungry, will you please order food ?)
Raghav left out the breathe which he was holding for a long.
Raghav: Enna venum sollu ma. ( Tell me what you want)
Malini: Something light enough. Tired ah vera irukku Will sleep soon
He ordered a very light dinner and hit the bed. Both were on corners of the bed with their backs faced, eyes closed and pretended to sleep.
Both minds were waiting for the other person to sleep to turn and after a long time they both turned at the same and faced each other but didnot react.Malini broke the silence.
Malini: Thoongalaya? ( not sleeping ?)
Raghav nodded his head horizontally.
Malini: Morning drive pannanum la return poga. Ippo thoongu else you will be tired. ( you need drive in the morning to return home so sleep now else you will be tired)
She ran her fingers through his hair which gave instant calmness to his heart. Their gaze was locked as she continued to caress his hair. She stopped and closed his eyelids with her hand not to make him sleep but his gaze set her cells on fire and she couldnot take that intensity of his eyes.
His lips hooked up to her action and dared not open his eyes and with the rythmic of her fingers that grazed in his hair he was falling asleep and he sensed her hands had stopped and landed on his cheeks. He opened his eyes and saw her slept already and he traced his hand on her hand which was on his cheek and he too slept soon.
Morning they got ready and check out the hotel. Both were casual as they drove back to home. Their playlist was a mere companion the entire time as they reached home. Malini took the dress she bought for Krithi and Sarath and pressed their door bell. Krithi opened the door and they engulfed in a hug.
Krithika: Enna ma eppadi irundhuchu Mysore? ( How was the trip to mysore ?)
Malini: Super ah irundhuchu and this dress is for you and anna. ( It was so awesome and this dress is for you and brother)
Krithika: Seri lunch sapda vaa. ( ok come have lunch )
Malini: Illa anni. Raghav order pannitan. konjam work irukku finish panna. ( No sister in law, Raghav has ordered food. there is some work to be done)
Krithika: Maid sollitten Malini. Tomorrow she will come. ( I have informed maid. she will come tomorrow)
Malini: ohh thanks anni.(sister in law)
She hurried back to her home and took their clothes for washing in the machine and cleaned up their home. Raghav was working in his laptop and saw Malini being very responsible and doing the works herself.
Soon the food arrived and Malini transferred to plates and called him to have food.
Raghav: Nee sapdu maa. Idhu urgent work skip panna mudiyadhu. ( you have the food. This is urgent work and I can’t skip it)
She waited for him but gave up and went towards him with plate in her hand. She took a morsel of food towards his mouth and he looked at her.
Malini: hmmmm aaaa sollu. I will feed you. Saptute vela paaru. (hmmm, open your mouth. I will feed you . you work while eating)
Not that they haven’t share or fed food for each other before but may be the marriage is changing every equation between them now. Every small gestures too felt intimate and they loved it. This intimate caring was very different and wanted to experience more of it but the weak wall around them is yet to break.
Raghav enjoyed the food from the same plate of hers. Adding the cherry to the top she wiped his lips with her hand after finishing the food and left to kitchen without knowig the turmoil happening in him. He groaned in his throat.
Raghav Mv: Evlo naal ippadi pogumo kadavule. ( God, how long will this keep going ?)
That evening Krithi came to Malini and they went to the park. The entire place was filled with laughters and the sounds o the children playing and the chattings of the ladies. Krithi and Malini walked along the pathway as Krithi introduced a few ladies to Malini.
Many ladies were playing throw ball and few were busy in badminton. she too joined them for some time and a group of ladies settled for chatting as their regular routine. Malini was the youngest of them and everyone liked her instantly. Sharmi whom Krithi introduced by Krithi was just 2 years older than Malini.
Krithi, Malini and Sharmi bid bye and left the group to meet Krithi’s friend
Sharmi: Malini, all ladies are sweet and kind to mingle except for one. Just be aware of her and stay away from her. No no no keep your husband away from her.
Malini: Why do you say so and who is that?

She stopped her talk when she saw Raghav walking towards them and a girl suddenly stumbled and Raghav held her. The girl stood straight and pushed her hair behind her ear and gave a shy smile to him. Malini stood rooted on seeing that.
Sharmi: Speak of the devil and there she is…..
Krithika: Malu ava than Ashwini. first poi Raghav anna va save pannu. Vaanga polam enna nu poi pakkalam. ( Malu, she is Ashwini. First go and save Raghav. Come lets go and see whats happening)
They went to Raghav and saw Ashwini talking to Raghav.
Ashwini: Thank you so much she said with a shy smile.
Raghav: Thats ok. Look ahead when walk in future. He said with a cold face.
Ashwini: Neenga endha block endha floor. ( Which block and floor you are ?)
Sharmi: Therinju nee enna panna pora ( what will you do knowing it ) Sharmi muttered under her breathe.
Raghav didn’t reply her instead he saw Malini with a grumpy face. He understood that she might be possessive but he didn’t want to risk the daily soap dramas of acting to provoke her possessiveness which might backfire or worse may hurt her deep which he will never do it in his life so he was normal and spoke to her.
Raghav: Malu unna pakka than vandhen. Walking polama illa tired ah irundha veetukku polam. (Malu I came to see you. Shall we go for walking or if you are tired we will return home)
Ashwini: Yaarunga adhu? ( who is it ?) she asked looking at Raghav.
He stared at her.
Raghav: Enna adhu idhu nu solringa ( Whom are asking as “it” ?) . She is my wife and try learn to give respect.
Sharmi: asinga pattan da autokaran (someone was insulted ). She said a little loud this time and Ashwini glared at her.
Raghav: Krithi variya ( Krithi are you coming ?) or I will take Malu with me.
Ashwini: Yenga ippo neenga mattum orumai la pesuringa appo mattum ok va? ( Excuse now you talk to her in singular and is it ok then ?)
Raghav: Excuse me why the hell should I even explain to you.
Krithika: Anna (bro ) you carry on I will come a little later.
With that Raghav took Malini’s hand and started walking away.
Sharmi: Krithi chance irukku nenaikura? ( Krithi, do you think there is some chance ?)

They chuckled and left to meet their other friend. Ashwini saw Raghav and Malini’s disappearing figure and left from there.
Malini and Raghav reached home and sat on the couch.
Malini: En appadi pesuna andha lady kitta? ( why did you speak to that lady like that ?)
Raghav: Vera eppadi pesanum. Idhalam starting laye cut pannanum ilana saniyana thooki baniyan kulla pottukitta mathiri apram kashta padanum. ( Then how should I talk ? we should cut out them in the beginning itself or it will be like dumping the problem in our life on our own)
Malini laughed to the phrase he used.
Malini: Krithi sister in law said she is a quiet dangerous and to stay away from her. She is also in our floor sonnanga. Nee konjam alert ah iru.
Raghav Mv: Irukka pondatti kittaye innum love solla mudila idhula iva vera. ( I couldn’t confess my love to my wife and this is something I need now as if…)
Raghav: Unakku theriyadha enna pathi. ( don’t you know about me ?)

she stood and ran to the door and opened to leave out but stood as she saw Ashwini about to cross their flat. Raghav came behind her and saw Malini looking at Ashwini.
Ashwini: Ohhh indha flat dhana. Newly married couples ah.. ( Ohh , this is flat ? Newly wedded couple ?)
Malini: Yes…
Raghav didn’t give any heed to her and snaked his hand on Malini’s abdomen and pulled her back and she hit his chest. Raghav closed the door with a bang that scared Ashwini.
Malini: Ava bayathula sethu poi iruppa avlo force ah close panna nee door ah. ( she would have dead from the force you closed the door)
Raghav: Namakku namma pori urunda than mukkiyam vidu. ( Our task is important for us so let it go)
Only then they realized that his hands was still on her abdomen. he didn’t want to leave and she wanted to stay as it is. When his love could bring out so much feelings in her why does a third party is needed to make her possessive and realise her love. Their trust and love is alone sufficient for them.
